All advertisers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Formally Yours will always co-operate with law enforcement in the enforcement of all applicable laws, intellectual property rights and ownership rights. Therefore, participants are warned that all products sold by user are owned by the user or has permission from the owner to sell the item and are free and clear of any and all breaches of copyright.

Formally Yours utilises industry standard confidentiality devices to safeguard personal information. Despite the use of these industry standard devices, there is still a risk that unlawful interception and third parties may obtain access.

Formally Yours screens all content to be advertised and has the right to reject the advertisement if in commercial quantities or any items(s), which they feel, do not fall within our category ranges or where the item concerned is deemed offensive or breaches intellectual property rights.

Temporarily or indefinitely suspended members are disqualified from using services under this site.

Formally Yours does not charge a joining fee. Sellers only pay to have their item(s) advertised. No commissions are charged upon the sale of the items.

PHOTOS: The person shown in the submitted photo has given their permission to have their photo included in the Formally Yours website advertisement.

POSTAGE: Once the item is advertised the conditions of sale and postage are between the buyer and seller.

BUYERS: You are only responsible for the sellers asking price and any postage fees indicated by the seller.

SELLERS: We only charge to have your items(s) advertised, no sale commissions. The seller is responsible for setting the asking price and arranging the method of payment and delivery details.

The Formally Yours website is a convenient place for people to sell and buy pre-loved Formal Wear. Formally Yours has no involvement whatsoever in the contractual transaction between sellers and buyers and therefore have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised or the ability of sellers to sell items or the liability of buyers to buy items. Formally Yours do not in any way represent or guarantee that any seller or buyer will complete the transaction.

Accurate descriptions must be provided for all items sold, including Colour, Size, Fabric and Condition. Formally Yours retain the right to edit listing descriptions.

In addition to any other remedies available at law, Formally Yours may suspend or terminate a user's Advertisement if found through conviction, settlement, insurance or legal investigation or otherwise that the user has engaged in a fraudulent activity in connection with the Formally Yours website.

All information provided by you to Formally Yours in connection with this website shall not be inaccurate, false, misleading, deceptive, and defamatory content or contain malicious Viruses, Trojan horses, Worms etc.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE WITH ONE (1) OR MORE USERS, YOU HEREBY RELEASE FORMALLY YOURS DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES, ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND/OR THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE SERVICES.

FORMALLY YOURS DOES NOT WARRANT IN ANY WAY THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. ALL MEMBERS MUST USE CAUTION, COMMON SENSE AND PRACTICE SAFE TRADING WHEN USING OUR SITE.

ALL CARE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN UPLOADING YOUR LISTING INFORMATION ONTO THE FORMALLY YOURS WEBSITE. IF BY HUMAN ERROR THE INFORMATION FROM YOUR LISTING EMAIL IS INCORRECTLY UPLOADED FORMALLY YOURS WILL UNDERTAKE TO RECTIFY IT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE OFFERED. FORMALLY YOURS WILL ADVERTISE YOUR ITEM FOR ONE (1) EXTRA WEEK FREE OF CHARGE.
