Selling your items is a straight forward 1-2-3 process. However, we do request that you follow the few simple guidelines outlined below.



Step 1 Preparing Your Photos

 • Photos need to be in JPEG format
 • Photos need to be less than 500kb in size
 • Photos need to be ‘Portrait Orientation’ with dimensions of 480w x 640h pixels

Photos outside the dimensions specified above will be cropped to suit the website and as a result, some cut off may occur.

Two photos can be supplied. If only supplying one photo simply upload it twice.



Step 2 Submitting The Form

 • Click on the “Advertise Now" button
 • Select the appropriate item category from the list and click on the “Advertise Item” button
 • Complete the Advertise Form. (Don’t forget to include your Photos)
 • Click on the “Advertise Item” button

You will then be sent a confirmation email.



Step 3 Paying For Your Advertisement

Once your payment has cleared, Formally Yours will upload the item to the website and then advise you by email.
